Foster Care Housing:
We provide rent-free housing for foster families on our campus, fully equipped to support families as they care for children in need. With spacious homes, on-campus amenities, and access to resources like a commissary and community events, foster families have everything they need to focus on what matters most—creating a loving and stable environment for children.

Independent Living Program:
For young adults aging out of foster care, group homes, or similar situations, our Independent Living program offers a safe space to transition into adulthood. Participants receive private rooms, life skills training, employment and education support, and guidance to build a foundation for a successful future. For those who demonstrate readiness, we offer an opportunity to live in a tiny home on campus, gaining even greater independence.

The need for foster care support and independent living programs in Oklahoma is urgent. In foster care alone, over 200 young people age out of the system each year, many without the skills or support needed to transition successfully into adulthood. By making this shift, Hope Harbor can meet this critical need while maximizing our resources to care for more children and families both on and off-campus.
